Zoom is a video conferencing platform used across the world (https://zoom.us/). A private link can be issued and shared with friends and family

Do I need a zoom account? 

No, you can join the zoom meeting by clicking the link without having an account.

How much does it cost?

Booking packages are as follows 

  

Santa

1 x 10 min call is $40,   

1 x 25 min call is $80 

1 X hour call is $160 

Santa & Mrs. Claus

1 x 10 min call is $80,   

1 x 25 min call is $160 

1 X hour call is $320

 

With Promo code packages range from (until November 23rd):

1 x 10 min call is $30,  

1 x 25 min call is $60

1 X hour call is $120 

Santa & Mrs. Claus

1 x 10 min call is $60,

What is the promo code?

We have an early bird promotional code that gives you 25% off all services that are booked prior to November 23rd. The promo code is Earlybird25. The code must be applied before checkout, a code cannot be applied after checkout. 

Is there a booking fee added?
 

Our PayPal link will have a small service fee.  

 Sales within the US & Canada

2.9% + $0.30 per transaction 

International sales 

4.4% transaction fee plus a fixed fee based on currency received  

How can I book my virtual service?


You can book virtual time with our Santa’s here on our website www.siegelent.com, click on our banner to book your virtual service. A PayPal account will be required.

How long does the experience last?

Calls starts at 10 mins however you can book more time with Santa if you feel like more time is needed, (see packages). Santa has lots of Children to see so we need to make sure he has time for everyone. When your time is almost up, Santa will say… “I have to go feed the reindeers now” or something to the effect to give a 2 min warning.  

Will Children receive a gift?

 

You can purchase a video of your visit with Santa for a small additional fee of $20 , please make note in your booking form if you would like to add this option to your purchase in advance of the call. 

 
Unfortunately it would be difficult to guarantee delivery of presents, however if you wish to purchase a small gift and let Santa know in the additional comments where it has been left we can be sure to make it a magical experience. 

How can I change my booking?


You can amend your booking via the email confirmation you received when booking. All amendments need a to be made a minimum of 14 days before your original booking

Can I cancel my booking?

 

No, unfortunately Santa's time is non refundable.  

How do I get there ?


You can do it from anywhere, you can download the zoom app on your phone, tablet or laptop! Most people will do it from the comfort of their own home, so curl up on the couch, put on your Christmas PJ’s., light the fire (if you have one!), and get ready to see Santa.

I haven’t received my Zoom Link yet?

Due to the huge interest in Zoom Santa & the demand on our booking system, please allow 24 – 48  hours to receive your zoom link to the email address you inputted at booking stage. Please also check your spam / junk folders before contacting us at the contact form on our website. Please do not refresh the page when booking, allow a couple of minutes for your booking to go through. 

I’ve deleted my zoom link – what should I do?


Please email info@siegelent.com – with the name & email used to book and we will resend it to you.

What should I bring with me?


Smiles, Fun and lots laughter and most importantly your laptop / tablet / phone

Will Santa know anything about my child?

Santa knows everything about you! Thanks to his little helpers at Siegel Entertainment. When you book with Santa you will submit a form that will give you the opportunity to make sure Santa is ready for your special call! Please make sure that the info you provide reflects the amount of time you have booked so that Santa doesn’t leave anything out. Please also note that this is for Santa’s reference only, he may not get to everything on your list. 

  
We cannot guarantee that Santa will refer to everything, but we will do our best to make sure each family has a magical Experience. 

Should I arrive early?

Please allow 5-10 minutes prior to your call or however long it will take you to ensure that your camera is working, your microphone s working and make sure that your Wi-Fi connection is strong!
